One of the main reasons that inspired me to take this path was my profession and my craft. The result of 13 years of education. Of course, creating a brand was not easy. Taking the first step was scary, with thoughts like ‘what if I can’t do it?’ But once I took that step, I realized that it is possible to move forward and that I can do it.
My motivation came from the concept of my brand. This concept spreads positive energy to people, and when I received that same energy back from them, I understood even more that it was important to continue.
In my creativity, I always focus on using unique techniques and avoiding repetition. I want people to look at my work and say: ‘This is Esmer’s work.’ That is very important to me.

As a woman, the challenges I faced were mostly physical like carrying or lifting things. But my family, friends, and community have always supported me. I believe that a person must set goals and take steps in order to succeed. Nothing I achieved came overnight. Over five years, I have built this path by trying, testing results, analyzing, and asking questions
